Elm St., between Webster Ave. and Hampshire St., is scheduled for upcoming street and sidewalk reconstruction as part of the City’s 5 Year Plan.

The Department of Public Works will be hosting a community meeting on Tuesday, October 15th from 6PM-7:30PM at DPW offices located at 147 Hampshire Street to discuss the Elm St. Reconstruction Project.

The project is part of the City’s Complete Streets initiative to design and operate streets that are safe for all users including pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and public transit users.
