3D Data updates including buildings, bridges, and trees

The GIS Team has made a number of improvements to our 3D GIS program over the last year. All of the 3D Web Scenes on the GIS 3D Program page have been refreshed with the new data, which is now updated to March 2018. The data has a new look and feel, building details in the popups have been reorganized and updated, tree heights have been added from LiDAR, and the new bridges have been incorporated in.
