Cambridge Police issued a Medford resident a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violation. Police observed the defendant operating his vehicle on the wrong side of the road for an extended distance on Portland Street. Police subsequently conducted a motor vehicle stop on the defendant's vehicle.

A Gore Street resident reported malicious destruction to his motor vehicle. A suspect jammed a stick into the gas receptacle sometime between 2 and 4 p.m. on March 19, 2021. After removing it, the owner discovered that the gas cap was not damaged, and it did not affect the vehicle's operation.

A resident of Upland Road reported that someone had broken into their motor vehicle. The reporting person believes that their vehicle was broken into sometime between 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 18 and 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 20. Although their vehicle was rummaged through, they do not believe anything was taken.

A Whittemore Avenue resident reported the theft of a bicycle. A suspect removed his locked mountain bike from a storage facility within the building sometime after February 15, 2021. The bike was a white Cannondale F-9 with red lettering.

Cambridge Police respond for a report of a disturbance in Harvard Square. Heath Irion, 30, homeless, was subsequently arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct after causing a disturbance by exhibiting tumultuous behavior by screaming and yelling which caused a crowd to gather, others walking through the immediate area to flee in alarm and other members of the public to be annoyed by his behavior.

A Cambridge resident reported malicious destruction to his motor vehicle. He believes a neighbor dumped a bowl of pasta on his vehicle after they had spoken briefly before the incident. The victim was not sure what motivated the neighbor to do this.

A resident of Lynn was summoned for Blocking a Bicycle Lane, Mutilating a Parking Ticket and Littering from a Motor Vehicle after he was issued a parking ticket for obstructing a bicycle lane on Cambridge Street, returned to his vehicle, took custody of it, removed the parking ticket from his windshield, tore it into pieces and disposed of it on the roadway.

Cambridge Police placed James Percent, 42, homeless, under arrest for a warrant out of Brockton Police for Operating with a Suspended License, Larceny from a Building, Breaking and Entering from a Building, and Possession of Class B with Intent to Distribute. Percent was found in a hotel room that was being vacated by management due to hotel violations.
