Finch Cambridge Accepting Applications for Affordable Rental Units

A new, affordable, 98-unit apartment building in Cambridge is now accepting applications for rental units, which will be filled through a lottery process. The building, Finch Cambridge (formerly named Concord Highlands), is located at 671 Concord Ave. in the city's Cambridge Highlands neighborhood, in close proximity to the Fresh Pond Reservation. It features one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, including five fully-accessible ADA apartments and two sensory-accessible apartments. Section 8 voucher holders are welcome to apply.

Finch Cambridge, designed to meet the highest energy-efficiency and sustainability standards, is the largest new construction of affordable housing in Cambridge in 40 years. The units in the building will be permanently affordable to low, moderate, and middle-income households.

Rental applications for Finch Cambridge will be accepted from October 15, 2019 through December 15, 2019. Lottery results will be finalized in early 2020, with move-in dates for tenants expected to be scheduled in Spring 2020.
