The City of Cambridge is hosting a public informational workshop to educate Cambridge condo owners of 5+ unit buildings on Cambridge’s Multi-Family Energy Retrofit Program. Multi-Family buildings with 5-49 units have access to an independent, no-cost Retrofit Advisor that will identify money and energy savings measures in your building and reduce maintenance and utility costs.

The Community Development Department will host the workshop on Wednesday, March 18th from 6:30-7:30pm at the Citywide Senior Center in Cambridge (806 Massachusetts Ave).   Click here to register!

This Multifamily program provides services that lower maintenance fees, reduce pest infestations, and decrease water/energy bills with: air sealing, free shower heads and faucets, LED lighting upgrades, programmable thermostats, insulation discounts, and more. The Retrofit Advisor will also identify financing options like available loans to help fund upgrades.

Residents, owners, and property managers of 5+ unit buildings are all welcome! At this workshop, you will have the chance to learn more about these services and get your questions answered! Click the link to register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/energy-retrofit-advisor-condo-owner-public-workshop-tickets-99393801536
