Exterior of Finch Cambridge
Residents are now moving into Finch Cambridge, the largest new construction of 100% affordable housing development in Cambridge in 40 years. Developed by Homeowner’s Rehab, Inc. (HRI), this 98-unit apartment building is located in the Cambridge Highland neighborhood, near the Fresh Pond Reservoir.  There are 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments including five accessible and two sensory-impaired, all which are permanently affordable to low, moderate, and middle-income households.

Finch Cambridge meets the highest energy efficiency and sustainability standards.  Solar panels provide electricity to the common areas and the building meets Passive House standards.  The building has 114 bike parking spaces, and nearby access to transit and the Fresh Pond Reservation. A Community Engagement Coordinator will be on site facilitating programs for all residents including a farmer’s market program, cooking classes, and gardening.

Finch Cambridge is managed by WinnResidential.   Applications to be added to the building’s wait list are still being accepted at https://www.finchcambridge.com/application.
