Confined Space Rescue training and review is in progress this week, the week of June 27. The Tech Rescue companies, Engine 1, Ladder 1, and Rescue 1, with Special Ops Command, are participating.
Skills include size-up, confined space air sampling, breathing air management, rope management, communications, entry, tactics, and more. Safety is enforced throughout.

As with all fire department operations, the job is all about teamwork. Tech Rescue Firefighters making entry are backed up and supported by all the other members of the team completing their assigned job positions.

Thank you to Belmont MA Fire Department for sharing the training facility.
