Come to Central Square in Cambridge on July 18th to Participate in a Viral Video and Nationwide Movement – “Hands”
On July 18th from 1PM-5PM an acoustic piano will be placed in Central Square of Cambridge, for an event that is part of a nationwide tour called “Hands” (www.thehandsmovement.com).
“Hands,” directed by Alyssa O’Toole, Founder of Musicians’ Playground, offers a unique opportunity for individuals of all ages, skill levels, and walks of life to learn and play piano. Participants will be taught how to play a part of an original song, and then filmed as they perform it.
In the end, a video will capture the many different hands of the performers (young, old, big, little, etc.) coming together to make one song.
