Covid-19 update | April 30, 2020:

Dear Cambridge Street Performer Participants & Partners,

As we enter the month of May and the warmer days of Spring, we know this is a time when in any other year our street performer community would be out on every street corner performing for the enjoyment and benefit of residents and visitors in Cambridge. In light of the current protocols on social distancing and to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, the Cambridge Street Performer Program has been temporarily suspended.The City’s policy on issuing permits will be evaluated on a monthly basis and align with the decisions being made by the MA Governor’s office. When we are able to meet and gather again, we will be able to issue permits to all interested performers and enjoy your creative expression in our public spaces throughout the city. Until that time and if you are in need of assistance, please check out the City of Cambridge and Cambridge Arts resources information posted to the City’s website, which is updated on a daily basis with new opportunities for aid:
