Daylight Savings Time starts this weekend, March 13th.

 

Turn your clocks ahead & change the batteries in your smoke & CO detectors (if you have regular alkaline batteries).
Alarms should be replaced every 10 years. Check on the back of the detector for the manufacture date.

Spring Forward this weekend and Check your Alarms! I

It's also a good time to test your alarms & review your emergency escape plan with the family. Include the pets in your escape plan too. 

Remember that early warning by smoke and carbon monoxide detectors combined with an escape plan can be a life saver!
