The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:

 

Application    Aramark Corporation d/b/a Aramark @ Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Samantha Smiley, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license at 300 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 32 and proposed operating hours from 7:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.





Application     
Roxtar Foods Limited d/b/a Thresher, Christopher Willis, Manager, has applied to transfer the All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License currently held by Shiv, Inc. d/b/a India Castle, Mohinder Badwal, Manager, at 924-928 Massachusetts Avenue. The applicant is applying for an Alteration of Licensed Premise Description. The proposed hours of operation are 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. seven days per week with a seating capacity of 85.





Application    Restaurant Associates, Inc d/b/a Wintergarden @ Novartis, William Unterstein, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license at 181 Massachusetts Avenue, Building 613. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 210 and operating hours from 8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

Application    Restaurant Associates, Inc d/b/a Wintergarden Coffee Bar@ Novartis, William Unterstein, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license at 22 Windsor. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 27 and operating hours from 8:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.





Application    Continued from November 10 and November 24. Ethos Business Partners, Inc., d/b/a Le’s Sushi Bar and Restaurant, Huong Le, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 425 Cambridge Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 24. The hours of operation will be 9:00am to 9:00pm seven days per week.

 

Application    Continued from December 15, 2015. S&H, LLC, d/b/a BonChon, Peter Ahn, Manager, is applying to transfer the All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant held by Tommy Doyle’s Pub and Restaurant, LLC, Garret Tingle, Manager, 96 Winthrop Street. Applicant is also applying for a Change of Location from 96 Winthrop Street to 57 JFK Street. Applicant is seeking hours of operation from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday with a seating capacity of 56.

B&B Restaurant Group, Inc. d/b/a Primo Pizza & Roast Beef, Adnan Budak, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at 783 Main Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 18. The hours of operation will be 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.


 

Ratification     Moksa, LLC d/b/a Moksa/Naga, Renato Rodriguez, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License and Entertainment License at 450 Massachusetts Avenue has submitted a change of d/b/a to Monroe.
