The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:
Application Shanti Boston, LLC d/b/a Shanti, Solmon Chowdhury, Manager, has applied for a new Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 250 Kendall Street with proposed hours of 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week and a seating capacity of 50 inside and 24 seasonal patio seats on private property.
Application Uno Restaurants, LLC d/b/a Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Fred Pahl, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 22 JFK Street has applied for a Change of Manager to Scott Jedrey.
Application 47 Palmer, Inc. d/b/a Passim, Dan Hogan, manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 26 Church Street has applied for a new Common Victualer License to be exercised at said address. Applicant is applying for hours from 7:00am to 1:00am seven days per week with 115 seats inside and 12 seasonal seats on a private patio.
Application Life Alive Cambridge, LLC d/b/a Life Alive Urban Oasis & Organic Café, Heidi Feinstein, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 765 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend their Sunday closing hour from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Application Silva Luna Caffe, Inc. d/b/a Café Luna, Matthew Haymer, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 403 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a Change of Corporate Name to Sweetcream Foods, Inc. Applicant is also applying for a Change of Corporate Officer and Transfer of Stock.
Application Sunnywoods, Inc. d/b/a Cilantro, Wen Pan, Manager, holder of a Common Victualer License at 1105 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a new All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at said address. The current operating hours are 11:00am to 1:00am seven days per week with a seating capacity of 60.
Application Science Partners, Inc. d/b/a Middlesex Lounge, Chris Lutes, Jr., Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 315 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to transfer said license to MSEX, LLC d/b/a Middlesex Lounge, Chris Lutes, Jr., Manager, at said address.
