The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:

Application HSA Food Park, LLC d/b/a Naco Taco Food Park, Alex Tannenbaum, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Restaurant License at 297 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to upgrade the existing license to All Alcoholic Beverages. The hours of operation and seating capacity will remain as currently licensed. They are 8:00am to 12:00am Sunday through Wednesday and 8:00am to 1:00am Thursday through Saturday with a seating capacity of 90 inside and 82 on a private patio.

Application Harvest 2000, LLC, d/b/a The Harvest, Paul Dias, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 42-44 Brattle Street has applied for a Change of Manager to Michael Seznec.

Application Cheese Pizza, LLC d/b/a Roxy’s A4cade, Joseph Barone, Jr., Manager, has applied for a new All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 300 Massachusetts Avenue with proposed hours of 11:00am to 1:00am Sunday through Wednesday and 11:00am to 2:00am Thursday through Saturday with a seating capacity of 108 inside and 40 seasonal patio seats on public property. Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment License to include: Juke Box; audio tape machine/CD/computerized digital media that can be played below, at, or above conversation level; DJ; 20 video game, pinball machine or other; 3 Skeeball; 1 foozball; 1 shuffleboard; 1 pool table; and 2 TV’s.

Application Continued from July 7, July 21, and August 11, 2015. Ramen Restaurant Group, LLC d/b/a Suvaai, Falgun Pathak, Manager, has applied for a new Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 2378 Massachusetts Avenue with proposed hours of 11:30am to 12:00am Tuesday through Sunday with a seating capacity of 22 inside and 8 seasonal patio seats on the public sidewalk.

Application Barismo, Inc. d/b/a Barismo, Jaime Van Schyndel, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license to be exercised at 295 Third Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 75 inside and 39 seasonal patio seats on private property. The hours of operation will be 7:00am to 7:00pm seven days per week.

Application Ethos Business Partners, Inc., d/b/a Le’s Sushi Bar and Restaurant, Huong Le, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer license to be exercised at 425 Cambridge Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 24. The hours of operation will be 9:00am to 9:00pm seven days per week.

Application Dip Dog, Inc. d/b/a Hungry Mother, John Kessen, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 233 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue has applied to hold said license as inactive.
