               The following are matters which the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed, and for which public testimony will be taken, as of 10:00 a.m.

 

Application          Eugene F. Lynch Post #30 UAV, Inc., holder of a Club License at 1 Cedar Street, has filed an application to alter its licensed premises, specifically to exclude the basement.

Application          Application                         Wicked Fast Pizza, Inc. d/b/a Pizza Rev has applied for a Common Victualler License at 100 Cambridgeside Place, inside the Galleria Mall Food Court, Colin Parker as proposed manager of record. Premise is described as 700 Sf +/- space inside the Galleria Food Court.

Application          CoffeeShop, LLC d/b/a UpperWest, has applied for a new General on Premise All Alcoholic Beverages License to be exercised at 1 Cedar Street with proposed hours of 7:00a.m. to 12:00a.m. seven days per week with a seating capacity of 36, Kimberly Courtney, as proposed Manager of record a premise described as: Basement level with two rooms, including kitchen, 2 egresses, approx. 1,140 sq. ft.  Applications are also made for a Common Victualler License and Entertainment License for: Darts; Reading of poetry or other works; live musical instruments and/or vocalists without amplification; radio; audio tape machine/CD/computerized digital media that can be played below conversation level and 2 TV’s.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:

Bab Al Amod 148-150 Western Avenue for clarification of their seating capacity.

Disciplinary     Gurwinderjit Saini, holder of a Cambridge Hackney Driver’s License #29473 due to an alleged assault on another cab driver.

Acknowledgement that L’Impasto, Inc. has turned in license number ACH10047 and cancellation of said license. 

Hanek Yared is requesting a letter from the Commission to be able to operate his livery vehicle at Massport.

Jamme Chantler, on behalf of Thelonious Monkfish, has notified the Commission that they will be closed for vacation from July 3rd through July 10.

Shalimar of India, ACH04108, has submitted a letter to the Board stating it has been closed since the winter due to a burst pipe.   They are waiting for insurance issues to be settled.
