Join us for Project GreenPlate's Meatless Monday Madness Event! You will find cooking demos, trivia games, an expert talk, and more!

If we told you that over half of the United States water every year goes to meat production and processing, would you believe us? Sponsored by the Community Development Department of Cambridge, Project GreenPlate is a student-run group that focuses on raising awareness about individuals' water wastage with regards to meat consumption.
