Free your inner poet in this virtual workshop with Betty Hauck!

We will begin with a reading of a charming story from the Moth Radio Hour about how the writing of haiku solved a pesky problem and brought a neighborhood together. Then it's your turn: using a special technique, you will write your own poem using "found" words.

Materials you will need are: a few magazines and/or newspapers you can cut up, scissors, tape or glue stick, and a few sheets of copy paper. An open attitude towards playful exploration is a plus.

Regsitration is required. A Zoom link will be sent to registrants one hour before the program begins.
