Description

Overview

The Central Square Advisory Committee is appointed by the City Manager to undertake all large project reviews of variances and special permits for activities within the Central Square Overlay District, and to monitor the progress of the Central Square Non-Zoning Recommendations of the 2013 K2C2 Study. This meeting will be held pursuant to the provisions outlined in Section 20.300 of the Zoning Ordinance.

The Central Square Advisory Committee will meet to review three proposals:

  1. 55 Norfolk St., proposing a rear addition to a pre-existing structure.
  2. GreenSoul Organics, proposing a Cannabis retail store to be located at 759 Massachusetts Avenue.
  3. 50 Bishop Allen, proposing a 6 story 22 unit multi-family development.

 

The committee meeting will be held virtually through Zoom. Members of the public may watch and participate in the hearing through Zoom.
