• Equity & Inclusion Office Director Betsy Allen – scheduled for October 3rd CHRC Mtg
• Mothers of the Plaza De Mayo Exhibition at CPL in September – CHRC as Co-sponsor (for outreach) (info emailed to Commissioners on 5/3/19). Opening event Tuesday, 9/17/19 starting at 5:00 PM in CPL Main (outside Lecture Hall on Lower Level)
• Danehy Park Day sign-up sheet (need volunteers) - Saturday 9/14/19 from 11:00 – 4:00
• Still trying to fill slots for 9/21/19 CDSC Mediation training
• Riverfest outreach feedback
• Follow-up from any Commissioner’s attendance at recent conferences, workshops or forum about civil rights topics
• Invite CPSD Dep. Supt. Turk to present again in/around April 2020 on progress on CPSD/CRLS equity and inclusion efforts 

6. New Business: 
• Public Comment Period for Boston Housing Authority transition to Small-Area Fair Market Rent – potential impact on BHA voucher holders who may rent in Cambridge  - Should CHRC submit comment?
• HUD proposed rule no longer requiring HUD-funded shelter gender policies to be consistent with one’s gender identity – Submit public comment?
• Discrimination in Museums – consider displaying City/CHRC anti-discrimination policy in Cambridge museums?
• Recent arson at houses of worship in Greater Boston
• MA State bill (HB 150 – in committee, no hearings scheduled) to add homelessness (housing status) as a protected class 
• Over the summer working group(s)?

7. Outreach:
• Danehy Park Family Day, Saturday, September 14, 2019. 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM – volunteers needed
• CHRC/LGBTQ+ Cmsn Collaboration: Public Accommodations Law Trainings for Licensed Businesses– Working with License Cmsn to reach out to licensees – SCHEDULED: Thursday, June 13th at CPL Lecture Hall at 11:00 AM – 12:00 noon
• Outreach to CRLS Guidance Counselors – they may know about students’ family housing issues?  (Michael K)

8. Future Planning
• Look at 2020 Meeting dates for any conflicts
• Potential collaborations with CPL

9. On the bench
• Potential new sites for CHRC presentations: Cambridge Hospital, Cambridge Libraries, Vet’s Services, CRLS
• Baby U – Lead Law/Family Status discrimination – Possible outreach to spring Saturday classes? Volunteers? [dates/times?]
