6. Survivor Benefit - John McDonough
Vote to consider the request for 12 (2) (d) survivor benefits filed by John McDonough, surviving spouse of Anna Galvin, Registered Nurse at Cambridge Health Alliance. Ms. Galvin died on December 24, 2019.

7. Benefit Calculation - Francis Judd
Vote to consider any further action following PERAC's rejection of the benefit calculation for Francis Judd.

8. Supplementary Regulation - Correction of Errors
Vote to consider adoption of a supplementary regulation on correction of errors.

9. RFP - Portfolio Monitoring
Review and discuss the proposals submitted by the candidates to provide Portfolio Monitoring services to the Board, and vote to consider any further action.

10. Lease for Office Space
Vote to consider acceptance of a lease to rent new office space at 125 CambridgePark Drive.
