• Commissioner Kourabas outreach at 9/12/19 CDD/Housing event – feedback
• CCPD ED/staff scheduled to present at December 2019 mtg  
• CHRC Co-sponsorship of “Pride & Progress: Film Festival & Symposium” on Saturday 10/25/19 – feedback
• Follow-up from any Commissioner’s attendance at recent conferences, workshops or forum about civil rights topics
• Invited CPSD Dep. Supt. Turk to present again in/around April 2020 on progress on CPSD/CRLS equity and inclusion efforts (invitation sent; follow-up sent; no date confirmed yet)
• Dept. Supt. Lowe agreed to present update on Hate Crimes at 1/9/20 mtg (rescheduled mtg date)
• Cliff Cook not available for Demographics Presentation on 6/4/20. Will hold May 7th on his calendar. Confirm.

6. New Business: 
• Inquiry about CPSD DEI representative to present on recruitment, hiring and promotions within CPSD. 
• CHRC staff participating in “Listening Session” on Fair Housing with CDD/Housing on 11/13/19 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Senior Center (806 Mass Ave)

7. Outreach:
• Crystal working with PIO Intern Designer on layout for general CHRC brochure
• Possible CHRC presentation at CPD Stakeholders Mtg [10am-12pm at Biogen, 225 Binney St] on 1/16/20 or April Stakeholders Mtg (exact date tbd)
