Description

Presented by Metta Media. Free Cambridge residents and business owners, $10 for non-Cambridge residents.

The world of social media can be overwhelming. With seemingly every business posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn; it can be hard to make your brand stand out. In this class, Metter Media will help you craft a social media strategy that works for your business and industry. Whether you’ve already been posting and want to improve, or have yet to get into this "social media thing", we’ll teach you how to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), solidify goals for your business (and how to achieve them!), build your voice, brainstorm creative content ideas to help your brand stand out, and more. **Attendees should have a general knowledge of the main social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) and come to class with a laptop and some questions about their business’ social strategy.
