Description

Presented by New Leaf Legal-Free to Cambridge residents and business owners

This workshop is for small businesses who have a potentially difficult contract negotiation in the near future and would like some detailed advice.  In this workshop, participants will get exposure to a variety of contract types, contract issues, and ways to navigate them.   Each member of the group should bring a contract they are currently using or negotiating.  An attorney will facilitate the workshop and give advice about clauses to watch for, potential negotiating tips, and suggested language changes for their agreements

This workshop is strictly limited to 6 participants and each participant will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so that everyone in the group can speak freely.  When you register, you will need to provide your contract, so the attorney can review it in advance of the workshop

The City of Cambridge does not discriminate on the basis of disability.  The City will provide auxiliary aids and services, written materials in alternative format and responsible modifications in policies and procedures to qualified individuals with disabilities upon request.
