Description

Virtual Program using Zoom

The Cambridge Connections Memory Café has gone virtual! During this time of physical distancing, the Café will take place online, with a different schedule.

The Memory Café is a joint venture between Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services and the Cambridge Council on Aging.
