The Annual Cambridge Day of Service, organized by Many Helping Hands 365, honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 

Join in for an afternoon of hands-on service projects that benefit Cambridge and Somerville residents in need. Make fleece scarves & blankets for homeless children and adults. Make Valentines for elders and veterans. Sort food, winter clothing, children’s books. Assemble toiletry kits & emergency room activity bags. The event is FREE and open to the public. All ages are welcome! (Children should be accompanied by adults, please.)

The Kick Off will take place on the City Hall steps, 795 Massachusetts Avenue. Activities will be held at City Hall, the Citywide Senior Center, the YWCA, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and The Possible Project.

Don’t come empty handed: Please bring non-perishable food, gently used winter clothing or a children’s book. 

Come by yourself or with friends or family. You can register (for free) as an individual or group at our Eventbrite page.
