It's that time of year when we begin to reflect on the year that is coming to an end and the new year that is ahead. Yoga is a practice that provides the physical and intellectual space for both reflection and renewal. Join us for a free, all-levels yoga class taught by Holly Austin, a local resident and yoga teacher. You will connect breath to movement in a way that is energizing and expanding, and also based on the foundations of anatomy and biomechanics. The class will be moderately paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a continuous sequence of postures.

This class for adults that have some sort of movement practice already, whether that is walking, biking, running, or yoga. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Yoga is practiced barefoot. We ask that you leave your shoes at the door when you enter the space. Please bring your own mat.
