Description

This workshop has been postponed. We will reschedule in the future.

This maintenance class series consists of hands-on workshops designed to give you an introduction to skills and concepts needed to keep your bicycle in riding shape. Sign up for all three classes or pick and choose based on class topic. Please note: you will not be working on your own bicycle; demonstration bicycles will be provided for all repair and maintenance instruction.

Class 1 March 4, 2020: Air: wheel and tire basics, how to fix a flat tire, quick releases

Class 2 March 11, 2020: Brakes: brake types, adjustments, changing brake pads, maintenance

Class 3 March 18, 2020: Chain: chain and drive train wear and maintenance; derailleur adjustments (indexing, limits, and shifters)
