1. Cambridge Bancorp Presentation
Cambridge Bancorp representatives Denis Sheahan and Michael Carotenuto will present
their report to the Board.

2. Lexington Partners Presentation
Mark Andrew from Lexington Partners will present their annual review to the Board.

3. Minutes
Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on November 2, 2020.
Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on November 2, 2020.
Vote to consider the minutes of the investment review meeting held on November 16, 2020.

4. Warrants
Vote to consider payment of warrant #22 in the amount of $7,739,484.03 and warrant #23 in
the amount of $2,549,529.91.

5. Superannuations
Vote to consider the Superannuation retirement applications submitted by:
Patrick Carney, Sergeant, Police Dept. with twenty-seven years, three months;
Gloria Christie, Cafeteria Aide, School Dept. with twenty-eight years, ten months;
Linda Dahl, Director/Teacher, Human Services Dept. with thirteen years, one month;
Ann DiMascio, Patrol Officer, Police Dept. with thirty-one years, nine months;
Kevin Dottin, Patrol Officer, Police Dept. with thirty-one years, ten months;
Laure Kowalski, Registered Nurse, Cambridge Health Alliance with thirty-one years, three
months;
Elizabeth Lyons, Federal Grants Manager, Community Development Dept. with twenty-seven
years, four months;
Irene Pereira, Medical Lab Technologist, Cambridge Health Alliance with thirty-eight years,

6. Redeposits / Make-up / Liability
Vote to consider the make-up of deductions requested by:
1. Jeffrey Renzi for one year, six months (pro-rated)

7. Refund Applications
Vote to consider three refund applications submitted in November.

8. Accidental Disability Benefit - Shawn Lynch
Vote to consider the reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed
by Shawn Lynch, a Lieutenant in the Police Dept. Mr. Lynch is represented by Attorney
Thomas Gibson.

9. Appointment of Fifth Board Member
Vote to consider appointing a Fifth Member to the Cambridge Retirement Board.

10. 91A Hearing - Jean Guy Fedna
Vote to consider termination of the retirement allowance paid to Jean Guy Fedna for failure
to complete the Annual Statement of Earned Income.

11. 91A Hearing - Charles Francis
Vote to consider termination of the retirement allowance paid to Charles Francis for failure
to complete the Annual Statement of Earned Income.

12. 91A Hearing - Robert Johnson
Vote to consider termination of the retirement allowance paid to Robert Johnson for failure
to complete the Annual Statement of Earned Income.

13. 91A Hearing - Viviano Manso
Vote to consider termination of the retirement allowance paid to Viviano Manso for failure to
complete the Annual Statement of Earned Income.

Vote to consider termination of the retirement allowance paid to Reggie Pagan for failure to
