Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on November 2, 2020.
Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on November 2, 2020.
Vote to consider the minutes of the investment review meeting held on November 16, 2020.

Vote to consider payment of warrant #22 in the amount of $7,739,484.03 and warrant #23 in
the amount of $2,549,529.91.
