Description

Phase III of the Dept. of Conservation and Recreation's (DCR) Memorial Drive Project extends from the Boston University Bridge Rotary to the Eliot Bridge. This project, which will renovate and upgrade the greenway, encompasses both redesign of the roadway and associated traffic analysis, as well as environmental and landscape improvements. At this meeting, DCR and its consultant team will present existing conditions, share community priorities heard at the last meeting, and discuss early conceptual alternatives with the public.

For more information about the project, visit the project website: www.mass.gov/servicedetails/memorial-drive-greenway-improvements-phase-iii. The public will be invited to submit comments after the meeting, with a deadline for receipt by DCR of Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Comments may be submitted online at https://www.mass.gov/forms/dcr-public-comments or by writing to the Department of Conservation and Recreation, Office of Public Outreach, 251 Causeway Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02114. Please note that public comments submitted to DCR may be posted on the DCR website in their entirety, and no information, including personal information, will be redacted.
