Urban Gardening Series: Planting Fundamentals

There’s a lot to consider when adding new plants to your garden. Learn how to choose healthy specimens at the garden center and how best to plant trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants to get them off to a good start in your urban garden.

The Urban Gardening Series is a set of lectures designed to help city dwellers grow healthy, sustainable, and beautiful gardens. Led by New England Wild Flower Society in partnership with the Cambridge Conservation Commission, these free lectures take place at the Cambridge Public Library, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA.
