Join Artistic Director Jean Appolon of Jean Appolon Expressions in this energetic movement class for children of all ages and their caregivers! Jean will lead a short full body warmup and then teach movements that match a specific Haitian Rhythm, like Yanvalou, Ibo or Kongo. Dancers can wear any comfortable clothing and should make sure that they are in a space that is big enough to move without bumping into things (a 4-6 foot radius is good!).

Register below. Zoom link will be emailed to registrants one hour before the program begins.

This 20-minute movement break is free and open to the public and is not recorded. If you register but later find you cannot attend, please remember to cancel your registration to make space for others.
