Description

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge.

This meeting will be held online with remote participation and will be closed to in-person attendance. The public can participate online via the Zoom webinar platform (https://zoom.us/) from a phone, tablet, or computer. Written comment is welcome up to 24 hours before the meeting and may by sent by e-mail. The public will be given the opportunity to ask questions of fact and make public comment during the meeting.   • Case 4669 (continued): 711-727 Massachusetts Ave., by Gas Light Building LLC. Consider draft Standards and Guidelines for landmark report. Continue hearing relative to application to renovate the existing building and construct an addition at rear and above the existing building.
  • Case 4736: 10 Frost St., by Peter & Mary Jean Tufano. Install solar panels and heat pumps. 
  • Case L-142: 196, 194 and 194R Prospect St. Linda Papaforti; Cecily Miller & Kenneth Field; Alaa Murabit; Peter & Suzanne Martin, property owners. Hearing relative to the initiation of a landmark designation study for the Maria Baldwin House (196) and the attached buildings (194 and 194R). 
  • Case D-1609: 18 Pleasant St., by The Rossmore LLC & Boston Residential LLC. Demolish house (1864) and attached carriage house and office additions.
