  • Presented by Patricia Egessa and the City of Cambridge.  Free to Cambridge residents and business owners. $10 for non-Cambridge participants. Looking to reach new customers? Twitter can be a great way for small businesses to build community and increase brand awareness. In this workshop you’ll learn best practices in using Twitter to maximize the impact of your business and different strategies to connect with new audiences. Prerequisite: Open a Twitter account before the class or have an existing Twitter account.
