Join us once a month for a mindfulness-based book discussion.  The group will vote on a new title each month.  Be prepared for snacks, stimulating conversation and maybe even a guided meditation.  Please pick up a copy of the Mindfulness Book Group title at the Main Library Q&A Desk.
