• 4 new Commissioners [Elizabeth Badger, Sandra Canas, Donna Davis and Karim El Razzaz] – Welcome & Introductions
• CIRC to Co-sponsor First Parish Public Charge Rule “comments” effort
• Goal setting for CIRC 2019 [45 minutes]
• Looking into Informational training for City staff about Public Charge Rule
• Co-Chairs nominations for 2019

6. Ongoing
• CCTV “Ask the City” video series – segment on CIRC – pending completion
• Partnering with AGO on UPIL training/outreach – Nancy working with John Galli at CLC
• PAIR has provided 2 in a series of KYR Trainings for Guidance Counselors, Social Workers and Psychologists @ CRLS (coordinated by CIRC)
• Open Meeting Law review @ Commissioner contacts outside of CIRC mtgs

• PSA’s @ CIRC – “Ask the City” video instead?
• ‘Elevator Pitch’ on CIRC for outreach – on hold for Fall
• Jason Weeks – ED Arts Council - discussion about Public Art @ welcoming immigrants  
• Outreach at Cambridge cultural events – Caribbean, Greek
