Description
Join the Cambridge Bicycle Committee for Bike for Bites, the first annual Winter Bike Ride and Winter Biking Celebration! Beat the cold with us while stopping at Cambridge bakeries Mariposa, Hi-Rise, and Flour to warm up and taste some complementary treats.
We will meet at the Alewife T Station at 8:30 AM and depart at 9:00 AM. The ride will end at Lamplighter Brewery at roughly 11:00 AM for a winter biking celebration and meet-up. Free Bluebikes passes will be provided for anyone without a bicycle!
Interested in winter biking, but not yet ready to hit the streets? Come by Lamplighter between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to meet other winter bicyclists and exchange tips!
There is no registration or charge for the tour -- just show up and enjoy! The ride will be cancelled in the event of poor weather. For weather updates, please check cambridgema.gov/bikerides or sign up for the bike ride email list.
