1. Actuarial Valuation
Kathy Riley from the Segal Company will provide a draft of the 2020 Actuarial Valuation.

2. Minutes
Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on May 4, 2020. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on May 4, 2020.

3. Warrants
Vote to consider payment of warrant #10 in the amount of $7,529,488.24 and warrant #11 in the amount of $272,905.79.

4. Superannuations

8. Accidental Disability Benefit - Brandon Woolkalis
Vote to consider the reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Brandon Woolkalis, a Sergeant in the Police Dept. Mr. Woolkalis is represented by Attorney Thomas Gibson.

9. Accidental Death Benefit - James Headd
Vote to consider the request for Accidental Death benefits for the surviving spouse of James Headd, a retired Firefighter. Mr. Headd died on March 23, 2020. Mrs. Headd is not represented by an attorney.

10. Policy on Signatures
Vote to consider creation of a policy to allow the Executive Director to sign documents including the Annual Statement, warrants and meeting minutes on behalf of members of the Board.
