As we move onto the colder weather, the darker season, into the Holiday season and as the COVID cases in Massachusetts continue to rise, we will be spending more time in our own homes/apartments alone, in many cases, and left isolated, perhaps depressed and stressed wondering what this Holiday season will look like for us.
Please join us as we discuss techniques for combating stress and depression under all circumstances.
