Description

The Cambridge Commission on the Status of Women, in partnership with City Councilor E. Denise Simmons, the Office of the City Manager, Mass Humanities, Community Conversations, and the YWCA, will celebrate and honor Cambridge’s Trailblazing Women at this event honoring of local women. Please join us for the community conversation with an open and honest dialogue on race. Six pairs of honorees will be recognized along with a communal reading and discussion of Maya Angelou’s In Her Own Words
