      Cambridge Public Library is kicking off the New Year by offering free restorative yoga classes! Classes invite you to slow down, quiet the mind and indulge in an hour of self care. Classes are set to relaxing music and include meditation and breathing techniques. Restorative yoga is a low impact form of yoga that is open to students of all levels. Please bring a mat and water bottle. Registration is required.
