      Join acclaimed author, Nuruddin Farah, in a reading and discussion of his latest novel, North of Dawn, at the Cambridge Public Library. Mr. Farah will speak as part of the Our Path Forward series, a lecture series addressing contemporary issues affecting the health of our democracy. Nuruddin Farah is the author of eleven novels, which have been translated into more than twenty languages. He was won numerous awards, including the Neustadt International Prize for Literature, widely regarded as the most prestigious international literary award after the Nobel Prize. Many of Farah’s books explore the history and politics of his native Somalia, the corruption of the political elite and the failures of the Somali revolution. In his latest novel, North of Dawn, Farah tackles Islamic terrorism. Supported by the Cambridge Public Library Foundation.
