Kenneth Headly, aka Kencaid, was born an draised in Cambridge and still calls the city home. Headley creates images of Cambridge and Boston landmarks using a unique method: he sketches the bare lines of the work on his canvas, burns the lines of the prospective piece with a wood burner, and applies paint to the outline using a paper clip. Kencaid's work will be on display at the Main Library from February 10 - 22. Join us for the opening reception on February 12 at 6 PM in the Community Room.
