    • Boost Mental Wellness With Tech with Amber P. Knight

      Online,

In times of quarantine and social distancing, technology can be a blessing and/or a curse. Public speaker Amber P. Knight will present tools, tips, and hacks about using everyday tech to help overwhelmed people thrive during times of uncertainty and change. Learn some powerful self-care tools you can take advantage of! Amber P. Knight is a classically trained actress and public speaker. She has been a speaker with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the Dauten Family Center for Bipolar Treatment Innovation, Massachusetts General Hospital. Her talks are about lived experience with Bipolar Disorder. The Boost Mental Wellness With Tech program came from wanting to share some of the ways technology has helped promote mental wellness and coping skills. The tools shared come from years of finding what works for her, and things she has shared with people around her. Now she is distilling it into one sharable program.
