    • Community Yoga with Cap Aguilar

      Join us for a virtual community yoga class every Sunday in August from the comfort of your own home with instructor Cap Aguilar! Registration is required. Zoom link will be sent out prior to class. Cap Aguilar (she/they) is a mindfulness and yoga teacher. A lifelong social justice educator, they believe we can transform ourselves and the world we live in by connecting to our breath in a safe, inclusive, trauma-informed learning environment. Throughout the practice, Cap will provide various options and information to support your unique expression of yoga and to honor yoga’s Black and Brown roots.
