Life Worth Cooking is a collection of thoughts and recipes created by Dawn Marie. A self-proclaimed food network taught chef, Dawn recipe inspirations come from a collection of her life’s experiences such as fashion school (presentation is everything!), various jobs in the restaurant industry, traveling to other countries and interestingly enough, internships with reality stars. Pair that with having friends from multiple cultures has influenced the food she enjoys making to become an eclectic mix of fusion and comfort. Most importantly, her culinary training from hours and hours of tuning in to food network- seriously, its pretty much on all day in her house.
Motivated by the meditative nature of cooking and of course eating, Dawn's kitchen is her restorative escape, a place of solace. Cooking gives her the opportunity to express myself, take creative risks and discover new foods. For Dawn, food has become a grounding force, intrigued by the vast diversity of flavor. Previously her passion for food was only shared with her family and close friends but now Life Worth Cooking is her opportunity to share her passion with others.
