    • Google Drawing 101: Personalized Coaster Set

      Winter is the perfect opportunity for cozying up with a warm beverage but keeping surfaces safe can be a challenge. Learn the fundamentals of using Google Drawing to design and edit images for a set of four customized coasters. You'll also be introduced to our in-house laser cutting machines. Participants who wish may share a completed design file to be made into coasters in The Hive. Patrons can arrange to collect their finished coasters at Contactless Pickup. Google Drawing is a free web-based application. Basic computer skills are necessary for this course. Computing devices are available for reservation at Contactless Pickup: Takeout Technology.       We invite children ages 3-5 and their grown ups to join us from home for 25 minutes of engaging stories.       The Cambridge Public Library Foundation is proud to present Voices for Justice, a free, virtual event series supporting the Cambridge Public Library's world-class Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programming and initiatives. Voices for Justice will consist of three free, virtual events: two author talks and one screening of the documentary John Lewis: Good Trouble, followed by a roundtable with local luminaries.
