      Please meet at the walking path to the right of the front entrance of the school- 197 Vassal Lane. There may be school activities taking place at the front of the school, so please do not go to the front door.

      The construction team, including City staff and the contractor, W.T. Rich will be available for questions and comments on-site.

      Join us as we kick off PRIDE month with a special event featuring George M. Johnson, author of All Boys Aren't Blue, in conversation Williams College Professor Kai M. Green. *Registration is required. Zoom link will be sent out prior to the event.* George M. Johnson is an award-winning writer and activist based in New York. They have written on race, gender, sex, and culture for Essence, the Advocate, BuzzFeed News, Teen Vogue, among many others. All Boys Aren’t Blue is their debut, and was a Kirkus Reviews Best Book of the Year, Amazon Best Book of the Year, and both a New York Public Library and Chicao Public Library Best Book of 2020. The New York Times called it "an exuberant, unapologetic memoir infused with a deep but cleareyed love for its subjects," and Kirkus rewiews calls it "A critical, captivating, merciful mirror for growing up black and queer today." Marshall (Kai M. Green) is a shape-shifting Black Queer Feminist nerd; an Afro-Future, freedom-dreaming, rhyme slinging dragon slayer in search of a new world; a scholar, poet, facilitator, filmmaker; and an Assistant Professor of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality studies at Williams College. Green explores questions of Black sexual and gender agency, health, creativity, and resilience in the context of state and social violence. Green has published and edited work in GLQ: Gay and Lesbian Quarterly, South Atlantic Quarterly, Black Camera, and TSQ: Transgender Studies Quarterly. He is currently completing his memoir, A Body Made Home: They Black Trans* Love, with The Feminist Press. He is a proud founding member of Black Youth Project 100 (BYP100).
