    • Virtual Summit Beyond Survivors and Abusers Reframing Domestic Violence

      Virtual event

      This 2-day program, which is intended for those working on creating supportive systems of care for anyone involved in domestic violence, will offer a collaborative learning space where participants will explore: what it means to center the voices and experiences of those who are most impacted by violence; what happens when the broader community takes ownership of the problem and solutions to domestic violence; and how do we work toward community awareness and action to close persistent gaps.

    • Beginner ESOL Class (Central Square)

      Join us for an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Class. This class will be taught at an introductory level. No testing is needed, but registration is required. This will be an in-person class. For more information call Maria Balestrieri at 617-349-4013.

    • Outdoor Story Time (O'Connell)

      Extended reality (XR) opens the doorway to worlds and experiences outside the every day through virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality equipment. Test drive our Microsoft HoloLens augmented reality glasses, HTC Vive VR headset, and more. You must complete Hive Safety Training & Glowforge 101 before participating in this program.     • Vinyl Cutting 101 (Main)

      Main Library, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138

      Interested in making your own vinyl stickers, signs, or images for transfer to tshirts and other textiles? In this workshop you will learn how to use our Roland Camm-1 GS-24 vinyl cutter and get badged to use the vinyl cutter. You will also customize a sticker and cut it on our vinyl cutter.
