The Yu lab studies HIV viruses in diverse groups of participants to investigate possible ways in which the immune system can recognize and combat HIV infection. The lab also looks at how certain innate immune responses, can be trained to support other immune responses to HIV.
Join the Library as we welcome the Ragon Institute and scientists Xu Yu, MD; Benjamin Bone, Ph.D., and Aischa Niesar, M.Sc., as they share their findings when combining basic science immunology with clinical and translational perspectives for improving clinical treatment options for viral infectious disease.

Are you interested in using The Hive? In this workshop you will learn about our makerspace, how to utilize the resources we offer and how to keep safe in The Hive. You will also create your Hive badge ID using our Glowforge laser cutter and learn how this piece of equipment cuts and engraves your own creations.

Completion of Hive Safety Training is the entry point to making, innovating, and collaborating in this space. Makers must also sign The Hive User Agreement and Waivers.
