    • Morning Market: The Work of Women an Exhibition by Lori Lander

      "Morning Market: The Work of Women," by Cambridge atist Lori Lander, is a celebration of women at work in daily markets across several continents. This exhibition of 12 oil paintings will be on display at the Main Library, from October 15 through November 15. The opening reception will take place on Thursday, October 20, from 4-6 p.m. in the Community Room. Lander will give a lecture on Monday, November 7, from 5-6 p.m., in the Lecture Hall. Test drive our Microsoft HoloLens augmented reality glasses, Structure Sensor 3D scanner, Merge headsets, and more. Registration is required. You must complete Hive Safety Training before registering for this workshop.

      Our Magic Tree House book group for kids ages 5-10 meets the first Friday of the month. Check out a copy of the book beforehand, or download it from the Libby app. Our November book is Vacation Under the Volcano. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the O'Connell Branch.
