In cold and inclement weather, holds pickup may take place in the library vestibule or lobby. Patrons are asked to limit their group size and must wear face coverings and maintain physical distance from library staff and other patrons. Per City requirements, visitors to City buildings must provide contact information (name, phone/email) in case contact tracing is necessary due to a COVID-19 exposure.

Due to the January suspension of pickup service we are temporarily extending the time items will be held. All library holds that are currently ready for pickup will be kept through the close of business on Saturday, February 20.

Starting the week of February 8, library returns will also be accepted again at Boudreau Branch, Collins Branch, and O’Connell Branch during advertised hours. Patrons may check the calendar on the Library website to find the most up-to-date return days and times for their neighborhood branch.
